lol, well, I have a built in support for them on my keyboard. It's that third symbol on some of the keys (first one's regular, the second one -like those on the numbers - are typed with <SHIFT> and the third one is typed with <ALT GR> / the right <ALT> key). I don't know if you have a Mac or a PC with US Keyboard, and do they have unicode support, but what I do is this: I type the accent first (nothing shows up until the next letter is typed) and then the letter I want, and the result I get is an accented letter. ` + a = à - Voilà!
